Help your baby, toddler or preschooler learn to sleep through the night, with this condensed version of our seminar.
A condensed version of our Sleep from Now On seminar - perfect for families who are unable to attend the Sleep from Now On seminar. Kitty Raymond, pediatric sleep specialist, talks briefly about research on pediatric sleep debt and helps parents learn her 3-night training program to enable a baby or toddler to use self-calming stragegies to get to sleep --and back to sleep, independently. Nights and naps are briefly discussed. Now, the whole family can wake up refreshed and happy to see each other!

We just wanted to let you know that we followed your advice and suggestions regarding the extinction method of sleep training are very pleased with the results. It’s been over a month and our baby has been sleeping through the night since ever since (naps are also successful).

The video worked great!!! Sleep training is in day 3 now. Our 6month old slept 11 hours on night 3 with minimal wake up! Thank-you:)))

I just wanted to say thank you for having this video available online. It has been more helpful than all the books I have read. In the 30 minute video you outlined a plan of action that was easy to follow, and now my three month is sleeping and napping like a champ after only a week of sleep training. We are still working out some kinks, but I can see a vast improvement in his sleeping as well as his overall mood. Where I was beginning to wish I was back at work to let someone else deal with his crying jags; I now am sad that I will be going back to work in the coming weeks as I understand him better.
